ABOUT KYLA

No fluff. No filters. Just real coaching that works.

Hello, I’m Kyla Peavey—founder of NO BS Fitness Coach, personal trainer, behavior change specialist, and a firm believer that strength is something we all deserve to feel—no matter where you’re starting from.

I started this business because I was tired of watching people—get sold unrealistic programs, fad diets, and shame-based fitness advice that doesn’t work long term. I’ve been there myself. I know what it feels like to “start over” for the tenth time, to feel lost in the gym, or like nothing fits anymore—not your jeans, not your routine, and definitely not the culture of toxic fitness.

So I built something different. Something better.

NO BS Fitness Coach is built on one core belief:
Your body isn’t the problem. Your program probably was.

🧠 My Approach

I combine science-based strength training, habit coaching, and mobility work to help you move better, feel stronger, and finally stick with your fitness long-term. Whether you're bouncing back from an injury, just had a baby, navigating perimenopause, or getting serious about feeling good in your 40s, 50s, or beyond—I'm here for it.

My coaching is realistic, respectful, and results-driven.
No gimmicks. No shame. No detox tea. Just proven systems and the accountability you need to stay consistent—even when life is chaotic.

📍Who I Work With

My clients are busy, brilliant, everyday people:

  • Women rebuilding after injury, childbirth, or burnout

  • Adults over 35 learning to lift and move with confidence

  • People who want strength—not skinny

  • Those tired of starting over and ready to do it right

And whether I’m coaching in-person or online, my job is to meet you where you are and help you take the next step—your way.

THE NO BS WAY!
